Protective boots are CZPT as an option for We Jacks and Actuators. They protect the lifting screw from dust, dirt, and help maintain proper lubrication. Standard boots, fabricated from neoprene-coated nylon, also guard against moisture and corrosive materials. Adding boots may increase the closed height of the jack or actuator, depending on the end condition and the amount of travel (rise) required.

Since hand wheels are are mounted directly onto jacks and actuators and specified as part of the complete jack part number. Their specific selection is dependent on input torque requirements.
Geared potentiometers are ideal for precise positioning applications. Geared potentiometers are CZPT with upper and lower mechanical limit switches. Since geared potentiometers are mounted directly onto jacks and actuators and their specific selection is dependent on ratio and rise, they are specified as part of the complete part number.
Trunnion adapter plates bolt to the base of 0.25-ton through 20-ton machine screw or ball screw jacks. They include precision bores for trunnion pins.
