All screw jacks in the series can be manually operated. The maximum load that can be handled according to the reduction ratio of screw jacks. Obviously, greater loads can be manually handled by applying further reductions to the screw jack or by increasing the radius of the handwheel.
Hand wheels are CZPT for CZPT CZPT Jack so that it can be easily used for manual operation. Hand wheels are used for self-lock equipped CZPT CZPT Jacks (Machine CZPT Type) only. Because CZPT CZPT Jacks (Ball CZPT Type) and CZPT CZPT Jacks (High CZPT CZPT Type) are not equipped with a self-lock, the input shaft may be reversed by a load, therefore, it is dangerous to use the hand wheel. Hand wheel efficiency is determined by the required torque for a specified load and the diameter of the hand wheel. Also, vibration and shock may cause self-lock failure, in which case a brake unit is recommended. 

All CZPT TON screw jacks with handwheels are ideal solutions for applications where electricity or CZPT generators is inconvenient or dangerous, light weight, low duty cycle, low target cost and short travel length. Available in load capacity 1/4 ton, 1/2 ton, 1 ton, 2 ton, 2.5 ton, 3 ton, 5 ton, 10 ton, 15 ton and 20 ton, heavy load larger than 20 ton capacity, handwheel manual operation is not recommended. There are two types hand wheels, one is cast iron handwheels, another aluminum handwheels. The cast iron handwheels sizes 100mm, 125mm, 160mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 400mm and 500mm. The aluminum handwheels sizes 100mm, 125mm, 160mm, 200mm.

Encoder combines with your control system to monitor screw travel, number of revolutions, and travel limits. The shaft-mounted encoder offers easy installation, proven reliability and virtually maintenance-free operation. It includes a six-pin connector, worm shaft coupling, and mounting adapter.
